  • A. Unfamiliar – We haven’t focused on this area yet.
  • B. Developing – We’re working on it but need improvement.
  • C. Emerging – We have a foundation but aren’t fully consistent.
  • D. Established – We’re solid in this area and see results.
  • E. Well-Established – We’re fully optimized and always improving.
